One of the things I think I will enjoy the most about this blog is hearing from you about your results, your frustrations and any questions you have that I can help you with. I know from experience all the things that can impact how a recipe turns out. Sometimes even a great recipe does not translate perfectly because of the variables and the adjustments that have to be made in order to achieve the absolute perfect result.
